Land Purchase Procedure

Step 1

Kindly submit your details via contact form below to show the Expression of Interest 

Step 2

Our team will guide to choose the best plot according to your preferences and based on available inventory

Step 3

We will share soft copies of all the documents related to your plot and onboard you by doing C-KYC & due diligence 

Step 4

Once you have fully made up your mind to confirm the purchase then we ask you to deposit 10% of the total value of the plot.

Step 5

Upon realization of the token amount our team will share token receipt cum agreement with you. Post which within 15 days deposit the 70% of agreement value to avoid the forfeiture of 10% deposit.

Step 6

Once 80% of the payment is realised an agreement of sale (AOS) will be released. Post which within next 30 days settle the remaining 20% balance amount to avoid any forfeiture.

Step 7

When 100% of the payment is realised, a sale deed and registration* will be arranged. 
*(Additional Stamp Duty & registration charges applicable.)

Step 8

After the successful registration we will handover all the documents and welcome you to our Provenance Shiroda family. A nominal fee of $1000 to be paid towards legal, liaison, documentation, filing and administrative expenses.
